We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a desire to grow, both personally and alongside the company. To succeed in this role, it is important to be able to handle rapid adjustments and changes in work based on customer demands and shifting priorities. Therefore, you should have the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions and ensure that work is carried out efficiently without compromising safety, quality, or deadlines.

THE POSITION INCLUDES

• Manufacturing furniture and wooden products according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Performing precision carpentry and joining of wooden details.
• Working with various tools and machines for wood processing.
• Collaborating with departments within the company to optimize processes.
• Ensuring that finished products meet the company's high-quality standards.
• Documenting and reporting production data and any deviations.
• Performing maintenance and safety checks on tools and machines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education in craftsmanship, specializing in fine carpentry, or equivalent.
• Experience in furniture manufacturing or a similar industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work carefully and independently with attention to detail.
• Experience using various wood processing tools and machines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
